How I help you get clear & energized

  • Getting super clear on your true values and needs is key. It’s critical to this work and it’s where we start in coaching. We go deeper than values like ‘fairness’ or ‘creativity’. Your values must resonate deeply, remind you of who you are. It grounds & guides you in times of challenging decision-making.

  • When you light up, I hold that space, help you remember what being lit up feels like, and fuel you with courage and compassion. I will teach you tools to strengthen your inner world. This is all about knowing yourself and mentally and emotionally preparing yourself to go after what you want. To choose differently, even if its scary.

  • Sometimes we are blocked and we can’t see a way through. But there’s always a way at some point! Together we explore all the ways your vision, dream(s), or desiried impact can be a reality for you. It can live in many forms! We get you out of scarcity and into a possibility mindset through creativity, exercises and powerful reframing questions.
