How do I know how to do this?

I’m a coach, strategist and entrepreneur. I’ve pivoted 3 times in my career and landed my dream job (W+K, a social innovation startup and Polaroid in Amsterdam) and am now building a dream business.

How does the 1:1 coaching work?

    • 2x/month

    • 1 hr (first call is 1.5 hrs)

    • Online calls, 9am-7pm AMS time zone

    • From Sept/early Oct 2025 - Feb 2026 flexible to your schedule & availability

    • The 1:1 coaching is designed intentionally but we tailor it to you

    • The process & topics: deep dive into values, uncover & overcome inner critics, connect with vision and explore dreams & paths

    • This process allows you to know how to manage fears, doubts, inner critics before you step outside your comfort zone

    • We use creative tools like brainstorming, Miro board, futuring techniques and also EQ tools like visualization, journaling, perspective shifting exercises

    • ~1 hours of work/week

    • Assignments & action steps help you keep up momentum, deepen your learnings, grow your awareness and push you in the direction you want to go

    • Some assignments come with the session and others are given based on you and what came up on our coaching call

    • Get cheerleader-style support in between calls so you feel inspired and never stuck.

    • P.S. This is not coaching via text, it is celebrating wins, sharing memes, podcasts, things I stumbled on that remind me of you and our conversation

How does the accountability group sessions work?

    • 6 × ~1.5 hr sessions

    • From Nov 2025 - Feb 2026

    • 1 in Nov & Dec

    • 2 in Jan & Feb

    • We will schedule the accountability group at a regular time that suits everyone in different time zones.

    • We encourage you to protect your time and come to all 6 but if you can’t make it that’s ok.

    • I will facilitate the group and each person gets to share progress, asks for support on 1 thing (motivation, advice, feedback, micro-coaching), and ends with an action step.

    • Everyone will have a slotted time. You can pass if you don’t want support that day.

    • It cannot be hijacked by any one person as everyone has a designed time slot & I’m facilitating

    • Sessions are live and will be recorded.

    • You get advice, wisdom and ideas from creative pros with different perspectives & skills from around the world

    • You have a supportive space for when things are going well (yay!) and when things are challenging or the unexpected happens

    • You can also learn by listening to others stories, strategies and lessons

    • Remember: one person’s reflection can be your breakthrough

What is included in the action plan?

    • It breaks down your big ideas & dreams & vision into a tangible plan, concrete goals, tangible, and actionable steps today.

    • In addition to the action plan, the accountability group is there to help you brainstorm new goals or steps, give you advice or support during unexpected pivots or detours, and celebrate milestones, wins and even fails with lessons.

    • We use OKRs and SMART goals for goals at different levels (strategies v tasks).

    • These two help you know what your priorities are, why, and what to do next.

    • You will get a template to use and examples.

How are you vetting the accountability group folks?

    • It will be senior professionals from various creative backgrounds and industries: advertising, marketing, design, strategy, consulting, brand.

    • Different creative points of views, unique strengths and network is the power of this accountability group.

    • Passionate mentality, overall experience and growth mindset matter more than exact titles.

    • There is something to learn from everyone so egos are checked at the digital door (as well as any inner critics who say say something like - what can a younger person teach me?).

Why do accountability group sessions start mid-way through the program?

    • First you build self awareness, resilience tools and clarity of your dream in 1:1 then you start the accountability group.

    • The group sessions start as you build the plan so you have support.

    • We keep it light during Nov and Dec with 1 session each month.

    • We then ramp up in the new year when everyone has direction, their action plan and needs support to take action.

    • Support comes in the form of coaching, advice or feedback. 

How is coaching different from therapy or mentoring?

    • Therapy is about healing the past, not necessarily focused on career, and mentoring is sharing one’s personal experiences, wisdom and advice.

    • Coaching is about transformation. It helps you process what you are feeling today and decide how and what to do to move forward toward your goal. 

    • As a strategist x coach, I’ve intentionally designed every step to deliver on your work vision.

    • My approach is also different from others’ as I use embodiment and movement as well as strategy to go deep into your core values (ex: “worldbuilding”, “absurdity”) and map out career possibilities.

How do you bring in strategy to this coaching experience?

    • The flow and structure of the 4 months (and each session) is strategically designed to introduce EQ tools and give you time to practice them before the dreaming big & making choices, which is when humans tend get in our own way.

    • I specifically bring in strategic tools in the values and possibility sessions.

    • I bring in my facilitation and experience design tools in the accountability group sessions.

What is your background and training in coaching? strategy?

    • I trained with Co-Active Institute, an ICF-certified institute and volunteer as an assistant for their weekend courses.

    • I also tap into mindfulness (I meditate daily) and study emotional intelligence from masterclass, books, and thought leaders in the space.

    • For 15 years, I’ve designed award winning strategies for global brands like Nike, Polaroid, HP, Google, Crocs as well as innovative agencies like W+K, SYPartners, Sylvain, 180, GS&P & HUGE.

    • She’s facilitated workshops of all sizes for brands like Patagonia, been a speaker at events from New York City to Dubai, and coached heart-centered folks for years.

    • I’ve done it all: full time, part time, freelance, agency side, brand side, moved abroad, sabbatical and started my own business
